Without a doubt one of my favorite pizzerias. For me what makes the difference in flavor, is that the charcuterie is freshly sliced. Pizza doughs are always freshly made. When ordering, you will be asked for preferences. The owner is from Napoli. The recipes are authentic. Today’s pizza Panchetta.

I never wrote reviews, but this cute/cozy little place deserve it. We were on our way to Bayside, and stumbled upon this hidden gem. The price, the freshness of the ingredients, the friendly vibe and the family atmosphere were all worth it! You should definitely try this delicious and thin crust. We loved it!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, the staff is so sweet and the pizza is absolutely delicious. They also have amazing Italian desserts like limoncello cake. It’s a cute little spot perfect for a quick bite with great music.

Excellent experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and full of flavor, the energy is incredible and perfect for enjoying time with family or friends. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. Definitely one of the best pizza spots to visit in Downtown Miami. Highly recommend

I used to pop into Urban Pizza Café once in a while since my condo complex is right across from it, and usually the experience was decent. Unfortunately, today was a huge disappointment because the customer service was honestly terrible. My partner and I ordered a large pizza to share and decided to dine in. From the moment we ordered, the young cashier was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. When we politely asked for mayo, she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and acted as if we were asking for something outrageous. The first portion she brought out was tiny, literally just a drop. We asked a second time for more mayo, and my partner even offered to pay for it since they were acting like it was such a huge inconvenience. Despite that, she came back with an even smaller portion, which honestly felt disrespectful and almost like a joke at that point. The entire experience became extremely uncomfortable because the staff kept looking over at us, making faces, whispering to each other, and staring in our direction, making it very obvious they were talking about us. We were so uncomfortable and put off by the service that we ended up leaving half the pizza untouched because we completel
